What is DVB-C standard?
DVB-C (ang. Digital Video Broadcasting – Cable) – DVB digital TV system standard for use in cable networks. Digital image and sound compression (MPEG-2 or more MPEG-4) allows you to transmit multiple times more TV and radio than analogue cable using a similar frequency band.
Digital broadcasting programs have better picture and sound quality. Digital communication is also less susceptible to interference.
